🐟What types of products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of canned and frozen seafood products, including salmon, sea snail, mussels, giant squid, clams, and the exclusive real abalone from Mexico. We also handle specialized products like Campechana and Chi Asparagus.
🐟What does “seafood preserves” mean?
We call our products “seafood preserves” because, like other canned foods, they are processed and sealed to maintain their freshness, flavor, and quality for a long period, making them convenient and ready to eat.
🐟Where do your products come from?
Our products are processed at a state-of-the-art plant in Chile. This plant has cutting-edge technology, its own laboratory for quality testing, and complies with all international certifications and permits, including U.S. FDA approval.
🐟What is the production process?
It all starts at our certified processing plant, where seafood is carefully selected and processed. Then, it’s canned and sealed to preserve its freshness. Once ready, it’s sent to our warehouse in City of Industry, CA, from where it’s distributed nationally and internationally.
🐟What is the shelf life of your preserves?
Our seafood preserves have a shelf life of up to 4 years, which allows you to maintain a consistent inventory without worrying about product expiration.
🐟Do you sell to retail customers?
Currently, we primarily focus on wholesale sales to distributors and businesses. Our goal is for our products to reach supermarket chains and restaurants through our commercial partners.
🐟Do you offer special prices for distributors?
Yes, we have a special pricing system and competitive rates for distributors and wholesalers. Our goal is to establish long-term business relationships that are mutually beneficial.
🐟Do you handle international sales?
Yes, we have the capacity to ship our products to any part of the world. The processing plant is certified, and we have the necessary permits to comply with regulations in countries like Japan, Korea, and Spain.
🐟Do you have year-round inventory?
Yes. Although some of our products are seasonal, thanks to our production capacity and the long shelf life of our preserves, we maintain a consistent and available inventory throughout the year to meet our customers’ demand.
